Responsibilities
- Build and operate large-scale distributed systems powering AI-ready web search.
- Develop APIs, frontends, and data pipelines for indexing, retrieval, and monitoring.
- Design and implement high-performance user interfaces for developers and enterprise users.
- Maintain the web application and other user-facing products.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and resource usage across the stack.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design.
- Collaborate with ML and product teams on data-driven features.
- Write maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in both frontend and backend development.
- Understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and modern frontend frameworks such as React.
- Ability to work on performance, reliability, code quality, production debugging, and optimization across server-side and client-side systems.
- Curiosity about AI infrastructure and retrieval systems.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
