Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow identity governance solutions.
- Manage role management, access certifications, segregation of duties, access requests, provisioning, lifecycle management, and entitlement governance.
- Develop and manage connectors for Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and LDAP-based enterprise applications.
- Use SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP, REST APIs, and JSON for identity integrations.
- Troubleshoot provisioning failures, workflow issues, role mining, and access review discrepancies.
- Develop custom SailPoint rules and workflows and support IGA automation and deployment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 4–5 years of hands-on IAM/IGA experience, including at least 3 years specifically with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, PowerShell, or Python for SailPoint custom rule and workflow development.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- SailPoint Certified Engineer certification for IdentityIQ and experience with Ping Identity.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform for IGA automation and deployment.
- 15 years of full-time education is specified.
