Responsibilities
- Design and deliver reliable, high-quality product experiences for patient onboarding.
- Own projects end-to-end, collaborating with Product, Design, and Analytics teams.
- Run experiments and iterate on systems based on real data.
- Mentor junior engineers and enhance team dynamics through structured code reviews.
- Optimize systems for performance, correctness, and resilience as the business grows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with production-ready web applications.
- Strong competency in API design, data modeling, and distributed systems.
- Experience with modern full-stack frameworks, either frontend or backend focused.
- Proven history of owning technical initiatives and navigating engineering tradeoffs.
- Active proficiency with modern AI-assisted development tooling.
