Base Salary
$170k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain front-end features and components for Account Servicing functions.
- Create responsive, accessible, and performant web experiences across devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with designers to convert mockups and prototypes into production-ready code.
- Integrate APIs with backend engineers to ensure seamless data flows.
- Write tests, contribute to code reviews, and maintain code quality.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents.
- Contribute to front-end architecture, component libraries, and engineering standards.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of software engineering experience in building front-end applications.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with state management, component architecture, and front-end testing.
- Familiarity with API integration, asynchronous data handling, and error management.
- Demonstrated ability to ship production code and debug issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and make pragmatic engineering tradeoffs.
