Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced software solutions using C#/.NET and Python.
- Integrate and optimize LLM frameworks and AI capabilities, including RAG, fine-tuning, and AI agents.
- Apply object-oriented principles, algorithms, debugging techniques, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Use Git to manage source code and collaborate with the development team.
- Develop and execute unit tests using pytest, unittest, and NUnit.
- Contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership in software design and architecture.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide technical decisions.
- Stay current with advancements in language model frameworks and contribute to their integration and enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–8 years of professional software development experience with strong C#/.NET and Python skills.
- Proficiency with LLM frameworks such as LangChain.
- Understanding of RAG, fine-tuning techniques, AI-agent development, foundation models such as Claude and OpenAI, and vector stores.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, software-design, and architecture skills.
- Previous experience mentoring junior engineers and guiding technical decisions.
- Experience with rapid development and vibe coding.
