Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise workflow experiences and digital products.
- Architect and deliver scalable AI solutions using agentic systems, large language models, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
- Define enterprise technical direction, architecture patterns, integration standards, governance frameworks, and reusable platform capabilities.
- Modernize legacy systems through automated code transformation, service decomposition, and continuous optimization.
- Design AI-enabled software development lifecycle practices and promote AI-assisted development across engineering teams.
- Establish monitoring, evaluation, responsible AI, and technical quality standards for AI systems.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations, architecture, security, compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentorship, prototypes, reference implementations, and strategic recommendations for AI investments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 15 years of software engineering experience, including leading, designing, implementing, and operating distributed systems and large-scale architectures.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining software with Python, Java, or comparable object-oriented programming languages.
- Experience designing and implementing APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures, and applying cloud, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Preferred experience building user-centered enterprise products such as portals, dashboards, self-service experiences, case management tools, service catalogs, workflow interfaces, and operational applications.
- Preferred experience with enterprise workflow platforms, automation tools, low-code/no-code platforms, business process management, and ServiceNow capabilities.
- Preferred experience with enterprise integrations, workflow automation, AI-enabled workflow capabilities, user research, product engineering, experimentation, telemetry, and iterative delivery.
- Strongly preferred hands-on technical leadership delivering enterprise-scale AI, cloud, platform, integration, or distributed systems solutions.
