Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert on systems integrations during major sales opportunities.
- Lead technical discussions to architect integrations and advise customers on best practices.
- Support sales teams with client meetings, presentations, and custom integration designs.
- Coordinate with internal R&D and partner integration teams to influence product capabilities.
- Drive sales and marketing efforts in producing high-quality sales proposals.
- Maintain all sales cycle activities within the Salesforce.com CRM system.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in a Solution Engineering role.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven track record of executing customer engagements throughout the customer journey.
- Experience within the software industry is advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with senior leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
