Responsibilities
- Raise the engineering bar through design review, mentoring, and technical standards.
- Own the delivery of identity services from design to ongoing operation.
- Diagnose and resolve urgent customer and operational incidents.
- Balance feature delivery with the reliability of critical infrastructure.
- Set technical direction and make architectural trade-offs in the identity domain.
- Help transition the identity platform to scalable infrastructure.
- Shape the long-term identity roadmap and coordinate stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
- Production grade backend engineering experience at Staff level.
- Track record of driving initiatives from design through operation.
- Willingness to engage in operational and incident work.
- Experience building reliable, high throughput services.
- Solid understanding of software engineering and architecture principles.
- Comfort in a fast-moving, maturing organization.
- Clear communication skills and ability to influence technical direction.
