Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack applications using React and Python.
- Collaborate with scientists and stakeholders to translate requirements into software solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design reviews.
- Ensure software meets standards of robustness, performance, and compliance.
- Follow software engineering best practices including automated testing and CI/CD.
- Integrate cloud computing solutions for data analysis and deployment.
- Continuously improve existing codebases and development processes.
- Engage in cross-functional initiatives spanning assay development and lab automation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.
- Professional experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for working in a mission-driven team environment.
