Responsibilities
- Participate in the overall application lifecycle, including development, support, troubleshooting, and management.
- Code, debug, and develop high-quality reusable web applications and ServiceNow solutions.
- Create and configure custom applications, workflows, and UI components.
- Own architectural decisions, prepare technical design specifications, and conduct rigorous code reviews.
- Build and maintain REST, SOAP, and Scripted REST API integrations.
- Optimize performance through script tuning, update set management, and troubleshooting.
- Implement automated testing using the Automated Test Framework.
- Collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, and business teams to gather and implement requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and promote efficient, high-quality technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies such as Angular or React.
- Experience with ServiceNow administration, development, implementation, custom applications, workflows, and UI components.
- Experience building integrations with REST, SOAP, and Scripted REST APIs.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are required.
- Ability to own technical designs, ensure code quality, and mentor junior developers.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
