Base Salary
$145k - $199k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end feature development across responsive frontend components and robust backend logic.
- Orchestrate AI coding agents to accelerate software delivery and validate generated outputs.
- Own automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for system quality and security.
- Partner with Product Definers to build and iterate on MVPs using data-driven insights.
- Design modular, scalable, cost-aware architectures suitable for global implementation.
- Collaborate within a high-velocity product pod and contribute to responsible AI practices involving privacy and security.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience owning complex production systems end-to-end.
- Full-stack proficiency with modern languages and frameworks such as Python and React, plus cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
- Professional experience using AI-native programming tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Gemini CLI.
- Strong systems-thinking skills and the ability to design modular architectures and understand complex software interdependencies.
- Deep understanding of automated testing, continuous delivery, and responsible AI practices for privacy and security.
- Preferred qualifications include entrepreneurial or founder experience, personal or open-source projects involving emerging AI technologies, and experience with asynchronous-first collaboration and high-velocity development.
