Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Write server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST, SOAP, Web Services, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
- Develop custom applications, tables, forms, and workflows using ServiceNow Studio and App Engine.
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and debugging across the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, QA, and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Follow best practices for code quality, version control, and documentation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform, excluding end-user or ITSM administrator experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow server-side and client-side scripting.
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Experience building integrations using REST, SOAP, Web Services, Integration Hub, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of the ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships.
- English proficiency at B2 or higher, written and spoken.
