Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 application production support.
- Perform application remediation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Provide engineering support for production applications.
- Use observability and monitoring practices to assess application health.
- Apply knowledge of system architecture to support and resolve application issues.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Spring Boot, Core Java, L2/L3 application production support, engineering support, application remediation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, system architecture, and observability and monitoring.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Preferred experience with system reliability and performance, SQL/database troubleshooting, and CI/CD or DevOps tools.
