Responsibilities
- Design and build maintainable backend services using .NET Core 8.
- Optimize queries and data models in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.
- Participate in system design and architectural improvement discussions.
- Conduct code reviews and refactor existing codebases for efficiency and readability.
- Write unit, integration, performance, and load tests for backend services.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in development and production environments.
- Document technical decisions, systems, and processes.
- Participate in production deployments and validate system behavior after releases.
- Lead large-scale projects and mentor junior developers when applicable.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of backend development experience, including at least 5 years with .NET Core.
- Proficiency designing and developing RESTful services and gRPC systems.
- Expertise with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ, asynchronous operations, and distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of software design patterns and code refactoring techniques.
- Experience with unit, integration, performance, and load testing.
- Experience diagnosing complex performance issues and using profiling and optimization tools.
- Ability to contribute to technical discussions, lead projects, and mentor junior developers.
- Familiarity with diagramming tools such as Miro.
