Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve backend services and applications.
- Design, implement, and maintain APIs and system integrations.
- Build solutions using Node.js, C#, and/or Python.
- Work with microservices-based architectures.
- Implement and maintain integrations with relational databases.
- Work with Microsoft Azure services and on-premises environments.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Use Azure DevOps and Git throughout development and deployment.
- Apply object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and software engineering best practices.
- Incorporate security practices and DevSecOps principles into the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar position.
- Practical backend development experience with JavaScript/Node.js, C#, and/or Python.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing APIs.
- Experience working with microservices architectures.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
- Experience using Azure DevOps and Git.
- Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and security practices applied to software development.
- Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work autonomously within multidisciplinary teams.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Availability to work fully remotely from Mexico.
