Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve backend services and applications.
- Design, implement, and maintain APIs and integrations between systems.
- Build backend solutions using Node.js, C#, and/or Python.
- Work with microservices architectures and relational databases.
- Work with Microsoft Azure services and on-premises environments.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
- Apply object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, DevSecOps, and software engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar position.
- Practical backend development experience with JavaScript/Node.js, C#, and/or Python.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing APIs and microservices.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, DevSecOps, and security practices applied to software development.
- Analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work autonomously within multidisciplinary teams.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Availability to work 100% remotely from Mexico.
