Responsibilities
- Design and configure Salesforce CPQ implementations covering product catalogs, bundles, pricing, approvals, and order generation.
- Configure Salesforce Billing invoice runs, payment processing, usage summaries, credit memos, tax integrations, and revenue schedules.
- Build and maintain Salesforce ARM configurations for performance obligations, SSP hierarchies, revenue recognition rules, and ASC 606 / IFRS 15-compliant schedules.
- Develop Apex CPQ pricing plugins, quote calculator plugins, custom action scripts, LWC components, and Apex tests.
- Integrate CPQ and Billing with SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, and other ERP systems using MuleSoft, Boomi, or APIs.
- Build Agentforce Deal Desk Agents and AI-assisted quote, margin, approval, renewal, and upsell workflows.
- Implement Einstein Prompt Builder, Einstein Deal Insights, Revenue Intelligence, and MCP-based conversational deal intelligence capabilities.
- Integrate DocuSign and Conga CLM for quote-to-contract document generation and electronic signatures.
- Design CPQ data migration strategies from Apttus, Zuora CPQ, and custom legacy quoting systems.
Requirements
- Expert Salesforce CPQ or Steelbrick experience, including product rules, pricing rules, bundles, quote templates, approvals, and order management.
- Hands-on Salesforce Billing and Revenue Schedules experience.
- Hands-on Salesforce ARM experience covering ASC 606 / IFRS 15, performance obligations, SSP configuration, transaction price allocation, and revenue schedules.
- Experience with Apex CPQ plugins, pricing scripts, LWC custom components, and comprehensive Apex test classes.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems through MuleSoft, Boomi, SOAP, or API-based integrations.
- Experience with Agentforce Agent Builder, Einstein Prompt Builder, Revenue Intelligence, and AI-assisted Salesforce workflows.
- Experience with DocuSign or Conga CLM integrations and CPQ data migration.
- Strong functional knowledge of CPQ, contract lifecycle and amendment logic, revenue recognition, deal-desk governance, and pricing strategy.
- Industry experience in Hi-Tech and SaaS or Healthcare and Life Sciences, including relevant subscription, usage-based, channel, or regulated pricing models.
- Preferred Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant credential.
- Preferred Salesforce Industries/Vlocity, Zuora or Chargebee migration, Revenue Intelligence/Clari or Gong integration, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, and global multi-currency, multi-entity, or multi-language CPQ experience.
- Strong commercial acumen, pricing intuition, documentation discipline, audit-trail awareness, and collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations.
