Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate software solutions aligned with business needs.
- Analyze system requirements and customize applications for optimal functionality.
- Assist with software updates, releases, and application rollouts.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on routine projects.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to verify software quality and technical compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in software applications and systems.
- Use market research and industry trends to inform project strategies and product offerings.
- Conduct training sessions for operational staff using internally developed applications.
- Work a regular schedule that may include nights, weekends, and variable hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience or coursework may be considered in place of the stated degree, including extensive related professional experience.
- Relevant knowledge of .NET, SQL, Angular or React, Azure, and Mulesoft.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
