Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot and Python.
- Contribute to front-end development with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
- Design cloud-native application architectures with emphasis on performance, maintainability, and integration.
- Build and maintain REST, GraphQL, Kafka, message-queue, microservices, and other event-driven integrations.
- Deploy and optimize applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Implement practical AI features using cloud AI services or frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or Bicep.
- Optimize application performance and security through code reviews, testing, secure coding, and enterprise security practices.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders while providing hands-on support and mentorship.
- Stay current with full-stack, cloud, and AI technologies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is stated as the minimum requirement; the qualifications section requests 5 to 12 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a lead developer or junior architect role focused on application-heavy systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot and Python for backend development.
- Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Experience building and deploying solutions in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.
- Experience with integration patterns, REST APIs, message queues, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Bicep, cloud-native services, CI/CD practices, and monitoring tools.
- Basic exposure to AI/ML integration, cloud AI services, or simple machine-learning frameworks, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Understanding of secure coding, IAM, encryption, and basic enterprise security standards.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education stated.
- Azure Developer Associate or similar certification is preferred.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
