Responsibilities
- Lead the adoption strategy for AI tools supporting secure software development.
- Promote AI platforms for code generation, analysis, review, and remediation.
- Define governance and responsible-use mechanisms for AI within Systems.
- Measure AI adoption, productivity improvements, and business benefits.
- Coordinate the integration of new AI tools into the software development lifecycle.
- Promote training and adoption of new technologies among development teams.
- Collaborate with development teams on an integrated AI Enablement strategy.
- Lead a team of 3–5 people and foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience applying AI to software development, SSDLC, Application Security, DevSecOps, technology governance and adoption, change management, digital transformation, software development automation, or technology innovation.
- At least three years of experience leading secure development, technology transformation, or AI-tool adoption initiatives.
- Experience promoting new technologies within engineering or software development organizations.
- Knowledge of GitHub Copilot, GitHub Advanced Security, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, SonarQube, Jenkins, GitOps, code analysis and remediation tools, and AI platforms for the software development lifecycle.
- A completed degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Desirable certifications or training in applied AI for software development, ethical hacking, red teaming, code vulnerability analysis, application security, PCI DSS, DevSecOps, or related cybersecurity disciplines.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Leadership, innovative thinking, change management, effective communication, influence, results orientation, executive reporting, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
