Responsibilities
- Collect, collate, and make useful data from more than 50 sources, including CRM, public data, and communication streams.
- Design reliable data pipelines operating across terabytes of data.
- Design AI systems that reason and act on messy data.
- Build full-stack applications and data-consumption mechanisms that improve sellers’ workflows and revenue outcomes.
- Balance accuracy, latency, and cost across thousands of concurrent agent runs.
- Work directly with customers to solve real problems and ship production features frequently.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience shipping scalable production systems.
- Experience unifying data from 10 or more disparate sources into coherent systems.
- Experience building systems that make decisions autonomously.
- Understanding that prompt engineering alone is not software engineering.
- Experience debugging distributed systems.
- Ability to design simple solutions to complex problems and explain complex systems clearly.
- Willingness to work across the stack rather than specialize in a narrowly defined component.
