Base Salary
$77k - $107k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs.
- Identify system enhancements using application-development procedures, script tools, and code analysis.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups to recommend programming solutions.
- Install and support customer-facing systems.
- Design to application programming specifications and analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security issues.
- Conduct testing and debugging, resolve issues, and implement solutions.
- Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts and act as a subject matter expert to stakeholders.
- Assess risk, maintain compliance, and escalate, manage, and report control issues transparently.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in the financial-services industry.
- Intermediate-level experience in an applications-development role.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes.
