Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Ensure systems are secure, maintainable, and highly available.
- Own services from development through deployment and management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and improve team processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack or backend software development.
- Deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks).
- Experience designing and building RESTful, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and messaging systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and production service management.
- Experience in leveraging AI coding tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
