Responsibilities
- Architect complex end-to-end enterprise IT and AI/ML solutions for OT/IT data.
- Design predictive maintenance, OEE optimization, and industrial safety architectures.
- Integrate MES and SCADA systems with edge and cloud AI pipelines.
- Deploy computer vision for assembly, packaging, defect detection, and assembly-line safety.
- Apply reinforcement learning for adaptive control and MLOps for OT data deployments.
- Integrate OT/IT systems including MES, SCADA, ERP, and PLC environments.
- Balance industrial compliance requirements with technology innovation.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required; the posting also states a minimum of 8 years.
- BTech/BE or 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Demonstrated ML/DL experience in predictive maintenance and OEE optimization.
- Experience with Vision AI, reinforcement learning, MLOps, and edge AI deployment.
- Proven AI/ML leadership experience in OT/IT environments.
- Experience with NVIDIA DeepStream, TAO, or Intel Tiber.
- Familiarity with MES/SCADA/PLC integration and plant-floor operations.
- Pragmatic enterprise architecture experience with the ability to balance compliance and innovation.
