Responsibilities
- Deploy and operate large language models using cloud-native services and tools.
- Monitor LLM performance and address operational challenges.
- Develop and implement model deployment, monitoring, compliance, and security practices.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and manage the team’s execution.
- Provide solutions across immediate and partner teams and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Design and deliver AI-driven enterprise solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Apply prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks to enterprise workflows and business challenges.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Machine Learning Operations.
- Proficiency in Machine Learning Operations.
- Strong understanding of model deployment strategies and monitoring tools.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with compliance and security standards in AI operations.
- Experience with cloud-native platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and measurable value.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
