Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain secure, high-quality software solutions and algorithms.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, troubleshooting, refactoring, and documentation while validating outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Own end-to-end release delivery for Digital Channels CXO/Mobile Release.
- Ensure ServiceNow compliance with release protocols, standards, and documentation.
- Handle production deployments and coordinate cross-functional final release validations.
- Perform change collision analysis and identify, mitigate, and escalate release risks.
- Apply software development lifecycle tools, automation capabilities, and responsible AI practices to improve engineering effectiveness.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 3 years of applied experience.
- Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and the ability to evaluate, validate, and refine generated outputs.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, resiliency, and security expectations.
- Product delivery or release management experience, ideally involving mobile or digital channels.
- Strong project management, organizational, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Preferred experience includes cloud technologies, release orchestrators for deployment automation, and Splunk.
