Responsibilities
- Develop, test, debug, deploy, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end software.
- Write clean, maintainable code; optimize databases; and ensure data integrity and system performance.
- Follow software development lifecycle processes, internal standards, coding conventions, and best practices with appropriate guidance.
- Collaborate with managers, project leads, peers, design, product, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code and design reviews and contribute to coding standards and development practices.
- Help estimate engineering efforts and triage production issues.
Requirements
- Experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or a similar language.
- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, debugging, and other software development concepts.
- Experience developing projects through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field at an accredited college or university.
- Must be returning to school in Fall 2027.
