Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and technical design for customer-facing eCommerce applications.
- Develop scalable solutions using React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies.
- Drive engineering best practices, standards, and architectural patterns.
- Partner with Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver business value.
- Influence technology roadmaps and key technical decisions.
- Improve platform performance, scalability, reliability, security, and observability.
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Contribute hands-on through coding, design reviews, and problem solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency for technical documentation, meetings, and independent communication.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Deep experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Experience designing distributed and cloud-native systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives across multiple teams.
- Enterprise eCommerce platform experience is a standout qualification.
- Experience with Micro Frontend architectures and Headless CMS platforms such as CoreMedia is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Next.js, GraphQL, Kafka, and event-driven architectures is advantageous.
- Experience building AI-powered solutions, autonomous workflows, or agentic applications using modern LLM and orchestration frameworks is advantageous.
