Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Translate business priorities into Workday HR technology solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Performance Management.
- Design and develop complex Workday integrations using web service technologies, SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, and XSLT.
- Develop automation workflows, perform unit testing, conduct code reviews, and optimize platform performance and quality.
- Provide Workday Studio technical expertise, security support, troubleshooting, data analysis, vendor coordination, and enterprise-team coordination.
- Lead a team of Workday integrators and configurators supporting HCM modules.
- Partner with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize work, improve HR processes, and deliver strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 6 years of experience on HR platforms, specifically Workday.
- At least 4 years of experience with Workday integrations or functional configuration tasks.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects.
- Preferred: 7+ years working with Workday Human Resources modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance Management, or Finance.
- Preferred: 5+ years working with Workday APIs using REST or SOAP.
- Preferred: experience building solutions on Workday Extend.
- Preferred: Workday or Workday Pro certification in a relevant module.
