Responsibilities
- Own the configuration, integration, deployment, and launch of agentic workflows for customers.
- Engage clients to understand operational workflows and translate them into scalable AI-agent solutions.
- Analyze and improve AI automation performance and identify process-optimization opportunities.
- Debug APIs, data pipelines, and AI model integrations to resolve critical technical challenges.
- Train and guide customers on best practices for using the AI automation platform.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convert customer and field learnings into product improvements.
- Create repeatable deployment patterns and playbooks to scale onboarding and expansion.
- Monitor customer automation outcomes and advise clients on transitioning manual workflows to automated operations.
- Stay current on agentic AI developments and help customers and internal teams navigate new capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer success, SaaS implementation, workflow automation, or AI-driven process optimization, ideally in customer-facing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or experience at a leading technology company or startup.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to less technical customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, adaptability, and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Ability to quickly understand complex systems, including customer-specific software and databases.
- Experience deploying AI solutions or integrating AI tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor, Windsurf, or Gemini is preferred.
- Interest in real estate or financial technology is preferred.
