Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver AI-driven software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI technologies into products and workflows.
- Implement solutions according to specifications and documentation, including SRS and C4.
- Define and communicate non-functional requirements and quality targets.
- Build robust ML pipelines and production integrations involving APIs, services, and data flows.
- Research, test, and implement new models, tools, and approaches.
- Coach colleagues on AI implementation patterns and engineering best practices.
- Uphold software development guidelines, code quality, and testing standards.
- Consult with clients on technical decisions, trade-offs, and delivery plans.
- Own tasks end-to-end and drive execution with effective time management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ recent years delivering AI/ML work in areas such as deep learning, computer vision, NLP, generative AI, or predictive analytics.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or Software Engineering specialized in AI, or equivalent experience.
- Intermediate or conversational French proficiency is required.
- Proficiency with Python, NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Keras.
- Experience with data analysis, cleaning, processing, augmentation, cloud AI services, MLOps, deployment, monitoring, automation, CI/CD, and testing.
- Experience with Go, Java, JavaScript, enterprise software development, in-memory storage, caching, queue systems, microservices, serverless systems, domain-driven design, or modern client-side frameworks is a plus.
