Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize MLOps practices for Autodesk’s AI/ML platform.
- Design and maintain automated deployment pipelines for machine learning models from development through production.
- Build scalable infrastructure for model training, inference, and data processing.
- Develop monitoring and logging systems for model performance, system health, and platform efficiency.
- Support data pipelines, model version control, governance, privacy, security, and compliance practices.
- Automate and optimize the MLOps lifecycle and contribute to incident response and system recovery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on DevOps and MLOps experience focused on deploying and managing production machine learning models.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible and containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines for machine learning projects.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
- Understanding of MLOps security practices, data encryption, access controls, and compliance standards.
- Preferred qualifications include AWS or Azure experience, databases and data storage knowledge, TensorFlow or PyTorch experience, and familiarity with Git and Jira.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex operational issues and collaborate effectively with data developers, software developers, and researchers.
Benefits
- For Canada-based roles, the stated starting base salary is CAD $123,000–$180,400, with offers varying by experience and geographic location.
