Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex test automation frameworks, tools, libraries, and reusable components.
- Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines to run automated tests during build and deployment processes.
- Design and execute performance tests and provide analytical feedback for releases.
- Define automation strategies, test coverage, coding standards, best practices, and framework guidelines.
- Review team members’ code and provide constructive feedback on quality and standards adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver testing-framework solutions.
- Create, monitor, review, and analyze test execution results and provide recommendations.
- Train and mentor testing engineers and software engineers in test on automation-framework usage and issue diagnosis.
- Document framework architecture, components, usage instructions, presentations, and bug reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 8 years of industry experience leading testing software engineering teams for small or medium projects.
- Preferred: 5 or more years of development experience with Java and/or Python.
- Preferred: 5 or more years of broad testing experience including API, UI, and performance testing.
- Preferred: 3 or more years creating automation frameworks and 3 or more years developing testing tools.
- Preferred: 1 or more years integrating AI into testing.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and tools, containerization, cloud platforms, DevSecOps, automated testing, debugging, code reviews, and API testing.
- Experience with performance-testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner and automation tools or frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and Appium.
- Strong documentation, requirements-analysis, problem-solving, communication, organizational, adaptability, and attention-to-detail skills.
