Base Salary

$169k - $255k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead security incident response workstreams, contain threats, quantify impact, and communicate with executives.
Build, tune, and maintain the global detection catalog across cloud and Kubernetes environments.
Architect the Autonomic Security Operations roadmap using AI agents and automated issue discovery.
Analyze complex multi-language codebases to identify vulnerabilities, assess threat vectors, and guide remediation.
Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence, trust, and continuous learning.
Participate in a one-week on-call rotation.

8+ years of experience in Detection & Response, Incident Response, or Security Operations.
Demonstrated success leading complex incident responses under pressure with clear executive communication.
Advanced experience securing cloud environments, particularly Kubernetes.
Ability to read, analyze, and reason through code across multiple programming languages.
Experience designing, tuning, and operating scalable detection engineering pipelines and SOAR playbooks.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing agentic AI workflows for security operations.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving threat landscapes.
Preferred experience in threat hunting, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, or Red Team operations.
Preferred background in fintech, crypto platforms, or managed security service providers, with familiarity with DeFi, crypto, or blockchain technologies.
