Base Salary

$247k - $290k/yr

Responsibilities

Define technical strategy and architectural direction across Security Engineering domains.
Build security foundations for emerging AI technologies, agentic use cases, internal automation, and production AI applications.
Identify and drive cross-cutting initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, identity, and detection systems from concept through production.
Write, operate, and maintain production systems for complex security problems.
Partner with engineering managers and senior technical leaders to set priorities, resolve trade-offs, and align roadmaps.
Mentor engineers and provide hands-on architectural guidance.
Maintain technical proximity to production environments and operational realities.

Proven technical leadership at organizational scale, including setting direction and driving strategy across large engineering groups without formal authority.
Deep expertise in Identity and Access Management and/or cryptography.
Broad experience across cloud security, infrastructure security, platform security, and detection and response.
Hands-on experience designing, building, operating, and maintaining production systems.
Ability to independently identify ambiguous technical problems and create actionable roadmaps.
Strong communication, collaboration, humility, and mentoring skills.
Preferred: hands-on experience securing AI infrastructure, LLM integrations, or agentic automation frameworks.
