Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Learn the Growth stack from data ingestion to conversion surfaces.
- Build partnerships across Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
- Author and drive high-impact requests for comments (RFCs).
- Publish architectural vision for Growth’s data and activation stack.
- Lead migration strategies and improve data observability standards.
- Standardize platform patterns and deployment practices.
- Improve cross-pod execution and lead major initiatives.
- Develop staff engineers into strong technical leaders.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a senior individual contributor in architecture and technical strategy.
- Deep experience with modern web stacks like React and Next.js.
- Strong track record in building reliable data and activation platforms.
- Proven ability to lead cross-team technical initiatives.
- Strong product partnership skills with experience in growth strategies.
