Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain production agent components in Python using OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, and LangFuse.
- Deliver scalable, secure, multi-tenant services with strong tenant isolation.
- Develop agent orchestration patterns, evaluation sets, evaluators, skills, and MCP implementations.
- Write comprehensive unit tests and test automation, including participation in mutation testing cycles.
- Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and deliver committed sprint work while surfacing risks.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments and testing, and troubleshoot build failures with DevOps.
- Participate in incident response, post-mortems, technical analysis, and remediation work.
- Apply information-security and data-privacy practices in design, implementation, and code reviews.
- Improve observability through meaningful metrics, logs, and traces.
- Provide code reviews, documentation, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, refactors, performance improvements, benchmarking, and profiling support.
- Participate in technical interviews and candidate evaluations when requested.
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, or MCA.
- 3 to 6 years of experience.
- Proficiency with Python, OpenAI Agents SDK, RAG, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
- Experience with benchmarking, evaluation sets, and writing evaluators.
- Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration patterns including worker/supervisor and concurrent fan-out/fan-in approaches.
- Experience with skill writing and MCP implementation.
- Knowledge of agent security and responsible AI.
- Direct production experience with LangGraph and LangFuse.
- Strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of retail planning products, DevOps, and deploying agents with production performance, scale, and reliability are additional skills.
