Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering teams to identify AI opportunities in developer workflows.
- Build and maintain the internal agentic AI platform for engineers.
- Own architecture and standards for evaluating and deploying AI tools.
- Enhance onboarding and documentation for AI tools.
- Stay updated on AI and developer-tooling trends to inform internal standards.
- Contribute to AI enablement through learning programs and change management.
- Measure adoption and impact of AI tooling to prioritize future developments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, focusing on developer tooling or platform engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs and shipping agentic solutions.
- Ability to build internal tools that make AI capabilities accessible to engineers.
- Strong collaboration skills and understanding of engineering pain points.
- Proficiency in full-stack development, particularly with TypeScript.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and tool-use patterns.
- Production experience with AWS and modern CI/CD practices.
- Interest in developer experience fundamentals and internal tooling.
