Responsibilities
- Ensure day-to-day availability and monitoring of the BeyondTrust Cloud Service.
- Collaborate with teams to maintain service health and meet defined SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and triage failed processes in distributed systems.
- Implement solutions for identified problems and preventive maintenance.
- Plan work, identify risks, and provide time estimates for deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Document all work thoroughly using strong written skills.
- Follow and implement risk and compliance policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in an Agile team environment.
- Pursue continuous learning through training opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operating systems and networking.
- Relevant experience in cloud administration and automation.
- Experience managing Azure or AWS environments, including VMs and load balancers.
- Strong background in technical support and service delivery.
- Proven troubleshooting skills and technical abilities.
- Experience with Linux and Windows Server Systems.
- Familiarity with BeyondTrust products.
- Azure or AWS certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker.
- Scripting experience in PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python, JavaScript, or Terraform.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
