Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver technical components of complex projects through requirements alignment, high-quality coding, and collaboration with senior engineers and stakeholders.
- Design and build the AI layer powering autonomous detection, RAG-backed investigation, and auto-remediation workflows.
- Develop and productionize large-scale LLMs, graph-based reasoning engines, and streaming feature pipelines operating on billions of security events.
- Own evaluation and reliability through prompt libraries, fine-tuning, red-team testing, latency budgets, and fallback strategies.
- Collaborate with Product, Detection Engineering, and Customer Success to convert attacker behavior into robust ML and rule-based detections.
- Experiment with retrieval-augmented generation, tool-calling agents, and multimodal models using text, logs, and graphs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software development and engineering production systems.
- Experience with Python, Go, Rust, or Java.
- Deep knowledge of agentic systems design, including centralized or decentralized multi-agent system architectures.
- Understanding of graph structures and graph databases.
- Hands-on experience with agents, orchestration frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph or Agno AGI, and evaluation harnesses.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and event-driven systems.
- Strong API design fundamentals, including REST and gRPC, and understanding of distributed systems.
- Clear communication, collaborative problem-solving, consensus-building, and multi-stakeholder initiative leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant cybersecurity, cloud, Kubernetes, or security certifications are preferred.
- Prior cybersecurity experience with SIEM, EDR, SOAR, or MDR, startup or enterprise SaaS experience, and familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure are preferred.
