Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the Infrastructure division and broader engineering team.
- Design, build, and operate architecture for massive scale systems.
- Plan long-term strategies and define critical visions for systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to leverage infrastructure for product launches.
- Ensure quality in architectural decisions and partner on system designs.
- Deliver solutions that meet compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in high-scale distributed systems development or platform/infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of system interfaces, boundaries, and failure modes.
- Ability to lead teams and scale leverage through collaboration and software.
- Experience in leading infrastructure or infrastructure-adjacent teams.
