Responsibilities
- Design and build internal content tools for PMs and designers.
- Integrate custom GPTs and LLMs into product workflows.
- Develop frontend experiences using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Implement backend services and APIs using Kotlin/Java.
- Embed content tools into A/B testing platforms.
- Write clean, maintainable, production-quality code.
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with content designers, product designers, and PMs.
- Define and track metrics for tool adoption and impact.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as a Design Engineer, UX Engineer, or Senior Software Engineer.
- Strong frontend engineering skills with React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Solid backend engineering experience.
- Experience with internal services and experimentation platforms.
- Ability to partner with designers to translate workflows into products.
- Systems thinking for multi-product, multi-brand environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and debugging abilities.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, cross-functional spaces.
