Base Salary
$159k - $263k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build scalable React and TypeScript features and components.
- Implement high-performance real-time user interfaces for complex cyber operation data.
- Contribute to frontend architecture and design decisions.
- Build and maintain interactive graphs, timelines, and streaming visualizations.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end automated tests.
- Participate in code reviews and improve code quality.
- Identify and address performance issues, technical debt, and reliability gaps.
- Collaborate with design, product, backend, and operations teams.
- Support other engineers through pairing and practical feedback.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional frontend software development experience.
- Strong production-tested expertise in React.js and TypeScript.
- Strong command of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience optimizing and profiling software for performance at scale.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience with state management patterns and libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
- Experience with Vite or Webpack and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong collaboration skills with product and design teams.
- Strong professional experience with Git, branch workflows, code review, and CI integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience with D3.js, Chart.js, Neo4j, real-time streaming data, defense or security domains, AI/ML operational interfaces, or Storybook.
