Responsibilities
- Translate project requirements into clear, testable scenarios and design testing strategies and test plans for server-side and web applications.
- Support User Acceptance Testing and validate newly developed features and integrations.
- File detailed, reproducible defect reports; troubleshoot issues; provide debug information; and verify fixes after changes.
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate test case design, generate test data, analyze results, draft documentation, and support troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, system engineers, customers, and stakeholders to communicate testing progress, risks, and results.
Requirements
- Understand the software development life cycle, testing methodologies, testing tools, and Agile methodologies.
- Be familiar with writing detailed test cases and defect reports and have an interest in test automation for server-side and web applications.
- Be able to troubleshoot issues and provide detailed debugging information.
- Be comfortable using AI assistants and understand large language models, effective prompting, AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible AI use.
- Have strong organization, time management, written and spoken English communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Exposure to Salesforce or CRM integrations is preferred.
