Responsibilities
- Design test strategies, test plans, and test cases for SDK features.
- Validate forwarding and datapath features on switch ASICs.
- Develop automated tests using programming languages, preferably Python.
- Participate in SDK qualification and collaborate with architects and development teams on SDK releases.
- Set up and maintain test systems and lab equipment, with up to 10% of effort dedicated to lab support.
- Support post-silicon validation of hardware and firmware components and provide technical support to internal and customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience or capability in software QA automation and test-plan development.
- Ability to work with networking software, SDK qualification, and switch ASIC validation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, developers, and engineering peers.
