Base Salary
$94k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
- Analyze complex business and system processes and develop innovative solutions to high-impact problems.
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of robust web applications.
- Develop application logic, APIs, microservices, event-driven services, and cloud-native applications.
- Establish standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation while ensuring alignment with architecture blueprints.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
- Assess and manage technology and business risks while supporting compliance with applicable policies, laws, and regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven software development experience specializing in Java, JavaScript frameworks such as React, Spring Boot, and Oracle.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of modern application architecture, Java data structures, and object-oriented principles.
- Experience with microservices, service-oriented architectures, event-driven services, REST, GraphQL, and cloud-native application development.
- Full-stack development experience with React, HTML5, CSS, Java, Python or similar languages, SQL, PL/SQL, and relational databases, particularly Oracle.
- Ability to design and implement high-performance RESTful APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Maven, Gradle, Docker, Jenkins, and OpenShift.
- Experience with AWS is a significant advantage.
- Practical experience with AI tools for enhancing development workflows and Agile development methodologies using project management tools such as JIRA.
