Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build a best-in-class web experience for sophisticated retail traders.
- Ship core active trading workflows including order entry and activity tracking.
- Develop AI-native UI patterns that enhance user trust and experience.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define and iterate on features.
- Work closely with backend engineers to design contracts for low-latency interactions.
- Gain a deep understanding of the trading domain to create intuitive UX.
Requirements
- At least eight years of experience with strong proficiency in programming languages, preferably TypeScript and React.
- Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals and UI engineering.
- Experience building complex, data-dense product surfaces like dashboards and trading workflows.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to develop product ideas and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- High degree of self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
