Base Salary
$180k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement agents, MCP servers, and supporting services that propose and apply changes to large codebases.
- Develop retrieval systems that provide accurate, current context from codebases and design artifacts.
- Build compile, test, and evaluation pipelines incorporating static analysis, style and safety checks, performance gates, and code review.
- Apply concurrency, telemetry, configuration, and performance practices to produce reliable AI-generated changes.
- Collaborate on experiments that evaluate and improve AI-driven developer workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field with strong algorithms, data structures, and systems fundamentals.
- At least five years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in a high-level programming language, preferably Java or Python.
- Experience contributing to developer-facing or production systems.
- Curiosity about AI and LLM application patterns and strong communication skills.
