Base Salary
$168k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in technical discussions to gather and clarify requirements.
- Build and maintain testing environments for system and solution validation.
- Develop and enhance test frameworks and network performance benchmarking tools.
- Define metrics and gather data for network performance benchmarking.
- Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex customer issues.
- Provide deep-dive production support and own end-to-end product testing.
- Contribute to technical projects, open-source initiatives, and team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in STEM with 4+ years, or a PhD in STEM with 1+ years.
- At least 3 years of experience with Python automation scripting.
- At least 2 years of experience configuring, testing, or debugging networking systems and solutions.
- Experience with PyTest or similar open-source QA automation frameworks.
- Experience with control and data plane technologies, including L2/L3 networking, BGP, ECMP, and VXLAN-based EVPN fabrics.
- Preferred experience with commercial or open-source test frameworks and traffic generators.
- Preferred customer-facing experience and exposure to network operating systems, especially SONiC.
- Preferred familiarity with RDMA and HPC networks and understanding of RoCE and InfiniBand protocols.
