Responsibilities
- Design and develop system software products and robust, scalable backend solutions.
- Optimize performance and memory usage and resolve complex programming, reliability, and system-design challenges.
- Develop solutions involving virtualization, multithreading, and hardware–software interaction.
- Debug, triage, and resolve a variety of technical issues and proactively address system bottlenecks.
- Lead technical discussions, design reviews, architecture decisions, and adoption of engineering best practices.
- Integrate solutions into complex systems and assess new technologies for roadmap and business alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design goals and system architecture.
- Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of hands-on C# expertise.
- At least 10 years of backend engineering experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and virtualization technologies including VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, and OpenShift.
- Deep expertise in software systems design, development, and integration across diverse platforms and technologies.
- Hands-on experience applying generative AI tools to improve software development and engineering efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, autonomy, innovation, and technical leadership skills.
- Ability to present technical designs and solutions to senior management and stakeholders and mentor other team members.
