Base Salary
$180k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Golang services powering core product workflows.
- Design APIs and data pipelines used by AI and reasoning systems.
- Improve system performance, reliability, and observability.
- Review and challenge designs to keep systems simple and scalable.
- Debug production issues and own systems end to end.
- Influence architecture decisions and mentor other engineers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend engineering experience.
- Strong production experience with Golang.
- Startup experience working on a core product.
- Experience with data-heavy systems.
- Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools daily.
- Fintech or investment domain exposure.
- Experience supporting ML or LLM systems is preferred.
- Distributed systems or low-latency data pipeline experience is preferred.
